It’s a worry-free trip if you leave your dog in the expert care of Verena while you’re out of town!
When you book your dog for a Staycation, you can rest assured that your pup is going to have as much fun as (if not more than) you.
Your dog’s Staycation includes:
age- and health-appropriate outings that fill your dog’s cup
feeding to your specifications
brushing and other simple grooming tasks to your specifications (if applicable) - no baths or nail trims
medication management (if applicable)
a structured routine
socialization with safe and friendly other dogs and a dog savvy cat
lots of snuggles and love
To go on a Staycation with Verena, your dog needs to be…
safe with cats
social with other dogs
able to be away from humans behind a barrier occasionally, for example for feeding
not suffer from clinical separation anxiety*
non-destructive in the home
potty-trained
up to date on vaccines and parasite prevention
*Your dog will not be left alone for more than 2-3 hours a day, but they need to be able to stay on their own for this time without stress, panic, or destructive behaviors.
